  • Prices for standard 3 line address. Additional lines such as children, apartment #, foreign addresses etc. $1 each.

* Assembly includes weighing the invitation, stamp purchase, invitation assembly, sealing, and mailing. There will be an additional charge for invitations mailed overseas due to customs paperwork.

Important Address List Information

The address list provided must be typed and provided from one source. There will be a minimum $25.00 charge for handwritten lists. We cannot overemphasize the importance of typed lists. The address list must appear the way you wish it to be addressed and not contain any other information:

Terms & Conditions

Provide 15% Additional Envelopes
Please allow 15% additional envelopes for any additions, errors or changes. $25 will be added if this is not provided.
Paper Considerations
Traditional calligraphy pens and styles occasionally have to be adapted to work with your envelopes. As all envelopes respond differently to ink, highly textured, heavily lined, or dark opaque paper may create problems, and will be subject to additional charges.
Errors and Changes
Client errors and changes will be billed additionally. Any changes after job is complete: $10 per list (set up fee).
Time Allotment
Typical weddings of 150 invitations require two weeks to complete. Place reservation 2-3 months ahead during busy season.
Availability
You may reserve a time-slot to ensure availability for $75.00 (non-refundable; applied towards your balance). This is highly recommended.
Rush Charges
There will be a 25% charge for envelopes needed in 10 days or less, and a 50% charge for envelopes needed in 5 days or less.
Payment
A 50% deposit is due to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Out of State Orders
Chicago to LA we've got you covered. The address list is sent via e-mail or fax, the envelopes are shipped to me either directly from your stationer (or you) and I return them completed via insured DHL.
